Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Sprix service, operated by Braveton LLC (Wyoming, USA). By engaging the service you agree to them.

The service

Sprix designs, builds and operates AI agents that answer your customers in your messaging channels. Scope, volume and channels are defined by the plan you choose. The service is done-for-you: we build and maintain the agent on your behalf.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually, plus a one-time setup fee where applicable. You can cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the paid period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for using the service in line with the terms of the messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) and applicable law. The AI agent assists your customers but does not replace professional, legal, medical or financial advice you are otherwise required to give.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
