When we build and run an AI agent for you, we process the business information you provide (services, prices, hours, FAQs) and the messages your customers send to your agent, solely to operate the service on your behalf.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide, operate and improve your agent and to communicate with you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We do not use your customers' conversations to train models for other businesses.

Sub-processors

The service relies on third-party providers such as messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram), AI model providers, and hosting infrastructure. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

Your choices
